I was really happy to deliver 300 yearbooks this morning to the Junior School. Steve Arnold (Headteacher), Ruth Kerry and I worked really well as a team using DropBox to cope with all the images and over 340 student details.
I delivered the South Nottinghamshire Academy & Sixth Form yearbooks this morning in time for the Prom on July 6th. I design this lovely momento for the year 11's as they embark on their next adventure.
I've just had these business cards signed off ready for print. I'm looking forward to delivering them. They'll be printed on a nice thick 450gsm matt laminated double-sided card. I just can't do flimsy budget business cards for my clients as they don't last and look cheap. These will look and feel very professional.
A nice, simple marketing project for local stationery shop Pen 2 Paper.
A promotional flyer for their Music & Tapas Night. Single sided A5.
Poster and Programme design for the local drama group.
A5 flyer (back design)..
A new promotional A5 flyer for my second business.
Menu delivery today at Spoke & Co. Lady Bay's very own bike shop and cafe.
I spent the morning at the iCentre in Mansfield on a Facebook Marketing course. It was very interesting. I particularly liked the Ad Manager option in Facebook. Not only can you target your business to a specific area and age group, you can also tap into customer interests and market your product to suit those interests.
I'm talking here with two people from #AnaraDesigns, a very creative company that paints and decorates wedding shoes and accessories.
#Spoke & Co flyers, 'WiFi code' table tents and posters designed, printed and ready. The menus are at the printers and will be ready for the opening on Tuesday.
Here's my latest pull up vertical banner which has just gone to the printer. It is a 800mm x 2000mm pull up vertical banner which comes complete with a handy black carry case.
My latest design project for Rosie and Tim Beech of Spoke & Co, a bike shop/café opening soon in Lady Bay, Nottm. I provided them with 1,000 double-sided A5 flyers printed on 200gsm silk paper.
A marketing poster for the #Radcliffe-on-Trent Drama Group play #Haywire in November. This is part of my voluntary role at the club, as well as designing programmes and taking photos.
I'm pleased to include the Radcliffe Parish Council as one of my latest clients, having delivered these vertical exhibition banners this morning to Chairwoman Georgia Moore and Parish Clerk Jacki Grice.
Plus a lovely testimonial from Georgia Moore: “I would recommend Kate to anyone wanting great design skills, complete reliability and a truly professional job.”
— Georgia Moore, Chairwoman, Radcliffe Parish Council
This artwork has been signed off and is currently at the printer with delivery this week. I also suggested a range left version (which they've ordered) so they are able to bookend their exhibition stand or place them at either side of the stage in The Grange Hall.
This is a 2 metre high by 850mm wide vertical pull up banner for events and exhibitions. It folds down into a handy black carry case and can easily be assembled by one person.
A few photos from my recent trip - the Rioja pic was taken with my 50mm lens (which I seem to love/loathe in equal measure).
Steve Arnold, Head of WBJS, takes delivery of 250 yearbooks - my biggest order yet! My sister and fellow business owner Allie Teague of 'Your Office' assists in delivering them for me.
I've just dropped off the SNA Year 11 yearbooks in time for Prom Night tonight.
I had my final meeting this morning with the SNA Yearbook Committee. I'm looking forward to delivering this year's yearbook in time for their Prom Night.
